COACHING PACKAGES

Bronze (Basics) Coaching
This program is designed for individuals or businesses needing accountability coaching to keep them focused and on track to accomplishing their business growth goals and objectives. It is also recommended if yours is a new business lacking the infrastructure to take advantage of the more in-depth programs. It includes:

• Two 60-minute coaching sessions via telephone or online meeting per month
• Up to 60 minutes of online support each month, available through a secure private coaching website
• Requires at least 1 hour per week of your participation

Bronze (Advanced) Coaching
This program is designed as a maintenance level program if you have already completed 2 to 3 years of regular Coaching with a Sweet Spot Academy Growth Coach. It is also recommended if yours is a new business lacking the infrastructure to take advantage of the more in-depth programs. It includes:

• Four 60-minute weekly coaching sessions viatelephone or online meeting per month
• Up to 15 minutes per week critiquing your work
• Up to 60 minutes of online support each month, available through a secure private coaching website
• Requires at least 1 hour per week of your participation

Silver Coaching
This program is designed for businesses that employ several team members and has strong prospects for growth. It includes:

• Up to a 1-hour coaching session via online meeting or phone each week
• Plus 1 live, on-site coaching session every other month
• Up to 30 minutes per week critiquing your work
• Up to 90 minutes of online support each month, available through a secure private coaching website
• Requires at least 5 hours per week of your participation

Gold Coaching
This program is for you if you are determined to achieve significant growth and change in your business over the next 24 to 36 months. Designed to help you aggressively grow your revenue, develop an amazing team, and begin to leverage your business for your ideal lifestyle. It includes:

• Up to a 2-hour coaching session via online meeting or phone each week
• Plus 1 live, on-site coaching session each month
• Up to 2 hours per week critiquing your work
• A 4-hour workshop or training seminar every 3 months for you and your team focused on specific content to be identified together
• Up to 60 minutes of online support each week, available through a secure private coaching website
• Requires at least 7 hours per week of your participation

Platinum Coaching
This program is for you if your goal is to dramatically improve the value of your business by investing in customized business skills training for your staff. The goal is to help fine tune your team while developing your managers. As your company’s Growth Coach, I’ll demand the highest level of performance in this program, so be ready! It includes:

• Up to a 1-hour coaching session via online meeting or phone each week
• Plus 1 live, on-site coaching session each month
• Up to 2 hours per week critiquing your work
• Two ½ day motivational workshops or training seminarseach month for your team focused on specific content to be identified together
• Unlimited online support available through a secure private coaching website

HOW DOES BUSINESS COACHING WORK?

Strategic Plans
Your Growth Coach will conduct a 2 to 4 hourStrategic Planning Session with you in the first month of the Coaching Program to identify the goals and expectations you have of your business. A Strategic Plan will be developed to identify the activities required to achieve your personal and business goals.

Business, Marketing & Social Media Development Plans
Your Growth Coach will conduct a 2 to 4 hour Strategic Business, Marketing or Social Media Planning Session with you in the first month of the Coaching Program to identify the goals and expectations you have of your business. A Strategic Business, Marketing or Social Media Development Plan will be developed to identify the activities required to achieve your business growth goals.

Team Day (if applicable)
For businesses with the equivalent of at least 3 full time team members, a Team Day will be conducted in the 2nd or 3rd month of the program. The purpose of the Team Day is to unify your team behind your Strategic Plan, as well as your Business, Marketing and Social Media Plans, and jump start the Coaching Program for maximum results.

Coaching Sessions
Your Growth Coach will have 2 to 8 hours per month of phone or face to face coaching appointments with you, depending on the coaching program you choose. These appointments will be used for goal-setting and troubleshooting. Your Growth Coach is also available during normal business hours by online meeting room, private coaching website, phone and email to discuss unforeseen challenges that arise during the week. In order for us to determine whether you are benefiting from our services, you will be required to disclose your weekly sales activity so we can closely monitor growth

Templates and Systems
Your Growth Coach will supply you with access to hundreds of proprietary templates and systems on an as-needed basis to enable you to complete your weekly goals. These include business and strategic plans, marketing and advertising templates, digital marketing and social media marketing plans, lead tracking templates, sales scripts, operations and human resource manuals, etc.

Critique Service
Your Growth Coach will critique your work on goals and assignments between weekly or bi-weekly coaching appointments. You may submit your work for critique by email, fax or through the private coaching website which you will be granted access. Your critiques may be written or verbal.

Consultations with Suppliers, Customers, Professional Service Providers
Your Growth Coach will conduct up to four complimentary consultations per year with your key suppliers, customers, or professional advisors to solicit and understand their view points and coordinate your coaching program with their efforts.

Access to Resources and Services at Reduced Rates
Your Growth Coach will give you access to business building resources and services supplied by our strategic partners at reduced rates. These potentially include psychological profiling tools, training programs, financial services, and more.
